Acceptable Use Policy

GhostFox protects privacy and helps professionals manage several accounts. It must never be used to harm others. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Allowed uses (examples)

• managing the accounts of several clients or brands (agencies, freelancers);
• running several stores or advertising accounts in compliance with each platform's rules;
• testing websites and ads from different devices and locations;
• protecting your privacy and separating personal and professional browsing.

2. Prohibited activities

• fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, use of stolen data, cards or accounts;
• unauthorised access to accounts or systems, credential stuffing, account takeover;
• spreading malware, spam or fake reviews;
• money laundering, financing of illegal activities, sale of illegal goods or services;
• harassment, threats, hate content, content harming minors;
• infringement of intellectual-property rights;
• evading a legal sanction, a court decision or an investigation;
• attacking, overloading, cracking or reselling GhostFox or its licence system.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use GhostFox and for complying with the laws of your country and the terms of the platforms you access.

4. Enforcement

If we receive credible evidence of abuse, we may warn you, limit or suspend the account, close it without refund, and cooperate with the competent authorities when the law requires it.

5. Report abuse

To report misuse of GhostFox, write to contact@ghostfox-anty.com with as many details as possible.
